This foot rocker has changed my life.
Remote work, as for many, has meant a lot longer sat at a desk and my already chronically tight hamstrings felt about to snap. Now I can not only sit with them constantly stretching, but I can even stretch out one leg fully and use the other foot to adjust the rake of the rocker, gently tensioning the straight leg for an even deeper stretch.
Every day, I can feel the difference in my legs and back.
The black wood version is a marvel of design and manufacture. Solid, yet sleek, well balanced and beautifully constructed with premium materials. So many postural aids look clumsy or unappealing; this looks stylish and sophisticated.

Initially needed to enquire with the company as to whether my transaction had gone through, but rapid response and delivery of goods. Foot rocker has taken a little getting used to, but hip pain from long hours at a desk is now reducing so very happy
