Orthopaedic Pillows

Orthopaedic pillows are pillows specially designed to reduce neck and back pain whilst supporting the lower cervical spine. A pillow should ideally keep your spine straight whilst asleep. For back and side sleepers we recommend the Putnam pillow either in memory foam or standard foam (Memory foam is firmer). For a woman's frame we generally recommend the Royal or Child size and for men the Royal or King size. Also included in our range is the memory foam contour pillow with anti-snore properties and travel sized Putnam pillows.
